·         A: Unlike hotels, our rooms are often booked months in advance. because of this, a refund can only be given if notice is received as follows: 

For reservations made within 30 days, at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For reservations made 2 months in advance or more, at least 20 days prior to arrival date. 

No refunds or adjustments will be made after arrival.

Q: What deposit is required?

·         A: An amount equal to 20% of the total due for the dates booked, or a minimum of one night, whichever is the greatest. For Long term reservations or for Multiple Room reservations, deposits will be non-refundable.  On all refunds, a fee of $10.00 will be retained to cover our costs in processing the deposit.
